WRA has negotiated a discounted rate of $209.00 plus tax at The American Club Resort. There is an optional resort fee in addition to the room rate that is 6% of the nightly rate. This resort fee includes access to the following amenities:

Hotel Deadline

The deadline to receive the WRA group rate is February 6, 2024. WRA encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

Reservations

Attendees are responsible for making their reservations by calling the hotel at (888) 230-3211. Please reference Reservation #199471 for the WRA 2024 Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate for the WRA block.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 7 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
