Support State Bill LRB 01/06/1

WRA has joined in signing onto a countermemo to join Senator André Jacque in support of LRB 0106/1 relating to the application of prescription drug payments for health care coverage. This bill is not a health insurance mandate, but simply ensures that the copay assistance programs patients use to afford their medications count toward their out-of-pocket cost responsibility while giving Wisconsin insurers plan design flexibility.
